Is Turrón Right for You?

Turrón is a distinguished Siamese mix who has made great progress since arriving at the shelter. He was found living in a cat colony where he was bullied by more dominant cats, so he was understandably nervous when he first arrived.

He may take a little time to trust new people, but he is slowly coming out of his shell. He loves his food and treats, enjoys peace and quiet, and is happiest lounging around and watching the world go by. He is even working on becoming a lap cat!

Turrón can be nervous around sudden hand movements, so he needs people who will be patient and respect his boundaries. He gets along well with friendly, non-dominant cats.

Are You Right for Turrón?

Turrón needs a calm, peaceful home with patient humans who will give him time to settle and build trust. He would be best suited to adults or a family with mature children who understand that he needs space and gentle handling.

He can live with other friendly, non-dominant cats. He has not been tested with dogs, so living with a dog may be possible with careful introductions.

Turrón is healthy, sterilised, FIV and FeLV negative, and fully vaccinated. He is ready to find a quiet, loving home where he can continue to grow in confidence.
