Is Enzo Right for You?

Enzo is a young, playful and affectionate black cat who has come a long way since arriving at the shelter in January 2026. Initially very shy and uncomfortable with human touch, he has gradually gained confidence and is now showing us his lovely personality.

Enzo is still a little nervous and needs time to come out of his shell, but he is a playful boy with plenty of energy who enjoys attention and affection once he feels comfortable.

Enzo arrived with Hazel and they get along very well. We do not know if they are siblings, but ideally we would love to see them adopted together. If this isn’t possible, Enzo would do best with other cats.

Are You Right for Enzo?

Enzo needs a calm, stable and patient home where he can settle in at his own pace. His new family should be willing to give him the time and encouragement he needs to build his confidence.

He would NOT be suited to a home with young children, although mature children who understand his need for patience may be suitable.

Ideally, Enzo would be adopted with Hazel. Otherwise, he needs to live with other friendly cats. He has not been tested with dogs, so living with a dog may be possible with careful introductions.

As he is still working on his socialisation, we would initially offer Enzo on a foster-to-adopt basis, ideally together with Hazel.

Enzo is healthy, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, and is ready to meet the special family who will help him blossom.
